Methodology Notes
Each input is normalized against its historical range to a 0–100 scale. Inverted indicators are flipped so 100 always means "best for public mood." The final NPI is a weighted combination of all four layers. The Revolution Meter inverts the NPI and applies a volatility modifier from ground-level observation.
